The Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance is a municipal public college in Shanghai, China. It is affiliated with the City of Shanghai and funded by the Shanghai Municipal Government. In 2016, Shanghai Lixin Accounting College and Shanghai Finance College merged to form the current form of the institute.
Shanghai Government Scholarship is classified into A and B types.
Type A (Full scholarship): covers tuition 20000, expenses for accommodation 8400and living 30000, and medical insurance800 during the corresponding study period. It’s established to fund excellent prospective students applying for undergraduate programs.
Type B (Partial scholarship): covers tuition20000 and medical insurance 800 during the corresponding study period. It’s established to fund excellent prospective students applying for undergraduate programs.

9. High school graduate certificate
If the applicant is a current student, the expected graduation certificate issued by the school must be submitted. Certificates in languages other than Chinese or English should also provide corresponding Chinese or English version.
1) Applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen with equivalent Chinese high school diploma or above, age from 18 to 40, and in good health.
2) Applicants applying for English-taught programs: In addition to the application materials, a certificate of IELTS (score of 6.0 or above), TOEFL (score of 80 or above), or other equivalent English proficiency is also required for non-native English students.
3) For applicants who are Chinese (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) emigrants with foreign nationality, or who are born with foreign nationality and their parent (s) are overseas Chinese, it is required to have a valid foreign passport or certificate of nationality for at least 4 years, and have actually lived abroad for at least 2 years within the last four years. Subject to entry and exit stamps, a nine-month actual residence in one single year can be regarded as one year.
